2006 Cosworth CA debut - The highest revving and most powerful V8 engine on the F1 grid. Installed in the WilliamsF1 car, newcomer Nico Rosberg entered the record books by becoming the fourth driver to knock up a "fastest lap time" in their debut race.

2005 Cosworth supply two variants of the Ford 2.3ltr Duratec engine for the Caterham Seven CSR - a 200bhp road-going version and a 260bhp race engine.

2004 Markko Martin wins 3 rounds of the World Rally Championship in the Ford Focus RS WRC.. Cosworth launch their range of D-power performance parts for the 2.3ltr Ford Duratec engine.. Cosworth sold by Ford to Kevin Kalkhoven and Gerald Forsythe, co-owners of the Champ Car World Series."

1994 Cosworth received British Design Council Award for the AC engine. Michael Schumacher won the Formula One World Championship with the Zetec-V8 engine. AC V8 engine won the International Formula 3000 Championship. Ford Escort RS Cosworth won the Monte Carlo Rally

1993 Nigel Mansell won the CART/Indy title with the XB engine. QG V6 engine powered Ford Mondeo to win the World Touring Car Championship. AC V8 engine won the International Formula 3000 Championship

1992 Cosworth received The Queens Award for Export Achievement. DFX CART/Indy was replaced with the XB which won 6 races in its first season

1991 HB V8 engine powered Jaguar XJR14s won the World Sports Car Championship

1990 Vickers Plc purchased Cosworth
